Associate Podiatrist – Full Scope Practice with Partnership Potential
Location: Port Charlotte, Florida
Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some Call Required
Preferred Start Date: ASAP
A well-established, full-service podiatric foot and ankle practice in Southwest Florida is seeking a Florida-licensed, surgically trained DPM to join a growing private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician looking to practice true full-scope podiatry in a supportive, patient-centered environment with partnership potential after 3 years.
The practice treats both adult and pediatric patients and offers comprehensive conservative and surgical care, ranging from routine podiatry to complex reconstructive procedures.
Position Highlights
Independent, unrestricted scope of podiatric practice
Mix of clinic, surgery, hospital, surgery center, and LTC facilities
Opportunity for long-term growth and partnership consideration after 3 years
Modern, state-of-the-art clinical and surgical environment
Scope of Practice
Full-spectrum podiatric care including, but not limited to:
Routine & aesthetic foot care
Trauma & sports medicine
Diabetic foot care (including LTC facilities)
Advanced wound care
Vascular pathology
Skin, nerve, soft tissue, and bone pathology
Deformity correction & reconstructive surgery
Joint replacement surgery
Infectious disease management
Laser therapy & DME
Schedule & Call
Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Consults/Rounding: 1–2 daily and/or inpatient rounding
On-Call: Some required
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000+ for the first year, based on experience and practice growth
Incentives & Bonuses: Performance-based compensation with upside earning potential

Florida-licensed DPM

Active & Clear FL DPM license
Surgical Residency Completion
Team player, hard working and talented Podiatrist willing to work in Clinic, Hospitals, and LTC facilities to earn stripes in established Practice and prove themselves who will then be rewarded with Partner buy-in opportunity to grow practice as owner after 3 years.
