Our practice focuses on patient-first care with a strong mix of sports medicine, diabetic foot care, wound care, surgery, and minimally invasive procedures,mobile podiatry. We are seeking a provider who values teamwork, strong communication, and high-quality care while helping us continue to grow throughout Phoenix, Glendale, and Scottsdale. Requirements

 Degree in DPM from Accredited
Graduation from an accredited podiatry medical school and completion of an accredited residency program
Board Qualified or Board Certified (DPM)
Active Arizona Podiatry Medical License
Active Arizona Dispensary License
Current DEA License
